We will not accept returns or exchanges on glitter for any reason. If you have any problems with your order including damage from shipping, please contact us at fbbcustomerservice@gmail.com please include your order number and detailed message and we will do everything we can to make sure you're properly cared for! 

If your label is created and your address is incorrect due to typos or failure to change or update we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please verify your address is correct before submitting your order. We will not offer exchanges for glitter if you purchase too many of a color. Please be sure you are not checking out with anything you do not wish to purchase!
